What has changed?
As of 1 July 2021, new regulations apply to all online slots providers in Germany that focus on your protection. But these new rules also mean a changed gaming experience.
Why has the RTP changed?
We base our RTP values on the industry-standard RTPs used in land-based gaming arcades in Germany - as we operate with a German licence and adhere to the new German regulations.
Where is my favourite game?
Our game providers are already working to bring all your favourite games into compliance with the new German regulations - so we can get them back up and running quickly. And every week, more and more of your favourite games come back online.
Your favourite game is not yet listed? Let us know which game you're missing and we'll do our best to speed up the process.
Why can I only bet a maximum of 1 € per round?
Again, we follow the new German regulations. The German legislator stipulates a maximum possible bet of € 1 per game round. Likewise, a game round must last at least 5 seconds and there is no longer an autospin feature.
Why am I blocked (even if I was not yet a client)?
The OASIS system (online player status enquiry) checks whether someone has already been banned across countries. To minimise risk, players who have self-excluded or been blocked for safety reasons will not be able to play on any other sites.
If you want to unblock yourself, you can do so either directly at OASIS or at the provider who has enforced the block.
Why do I have a national limit?
The national security system, “länderübergreifende Glücksspielaufsichtssystem” (LUGAS), requires a limit of no more than €1,000 in total. No matter which provider you deposit with, all transactions count towards this limit.
Please note that the limit displayed may not be up to date. To find out your actual limit, please contact LUGAS under: https://www.gluecksspiel-behoerde.de/de/kontakt.
In addition, you can also set daily, weekly or monthly limits per provider, which then only apply to the respective site.
Why do I have to wait 5 minutes when I change sites?
To strengthen player protection, online gambling cannot be played in parallel. If you switch from one provider to another, a 5-minute break in play is required. This is checked with the help of a central "activity file" to which all online gambling operators are connected.
